Diane
Bell Fontaine is a Management Consultant with Hewitt
Executive Search, a division of Hewitt Partners International
Management Consultants, an executive search and multi-disciplinary
management consultant organization headquartered in
Scottsdale, Arizona.
Diane
has 20 years' success in leadership contingency and
retained Executive Search. Prior to joining Hewitt Partners
she had her own search firm for several years. For 14
years as Senior Recruiter, Director and Vice President
of a nationally recognized boutique search firm, she
led Client development and full cycle executive engagement
activities for both privately held, venture- backed
and Fortune 500-1000 publicly traded technology and
entertainment Clients. She built and managed the companies
thriving consumer products and software technology practice
areas. Her expertise is wide ranging including leadership
and executive functional areas of marketing, sales,
business development, finance, operations, quality assurance,
engineering and product management. Her early years
in recruiting began with generalist search assignments
for consumer companies with a contingency search firm.
Diane

Prior
to her executive search career, Diane held a variety
of management positions with a national retailer. She
was a Biological Research Associate at Stanford Research
Institute living in the heart of Silicon Valley for
18 years prior to moving to Arizona in 1977. Diane has
a degree in Psychology from California State University
Hayward, and completed postgraduate coursework in Business
Administration and Agribusiness at Arizona State University.
Diane
is a member of the National Association of Female Executives,
a member of American Society of Training and Development,
a founding member of Coachville, and a graduate student
in the School of Coaching. She is a Behavioral Analyst
trained in administering and analyzing the DISC and
PIAV behavioral assessments.
