Candidate Guarantee

Each completed search is covered with up to a one-year guarantee starting from the date that the individual is hired. Therefore, if a situation arises where an accepted candidate is terminated, Hewitt Partners will find an acceptable replacement at no additional Client cost. Likewise, if the candidate resigns for reason other than a clear breach of the original terms of the employment relationship by the Client, an additional search will be conducted at no additional cost to you.
